Are you engaged in a parental rights or divorce dispute?

Join us on Wednesday, October 2nd and Tuesday, October 8th at 5:30 pm at the Portland Public Library for two free classes on the family court process, sponsored by MCLC and the Volunteer Lawyers Project. October 2nd will cover  child custody issues and October 8th will cover financial issues.

 

Family Issues in Court

It is common for our attorneys to meet with clients who have had an initial court experience go wrong, and we have to help them correct the avoidable mistakes and misunderstandings of the first proceeding. In an effort to provide more information at the start of the family law process, we are offering two free classes that will provide basic information such as

 

 

and other essential concepts that will likely reduce anxiety and smooth your way through court, and more importantly, will help to make the court system work for you to get the reasonable and timely results you need. Please remember that we are not able to answer questions about your specific case or circumstances.
