YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO TRIAL

You will have to provide evidence to the court so the judge or magistrate can make a good decision. Do the best you can. Make sure to get whatever support is available.

Conducting a trial, if you are not a lawyer, is very challenging.  Many attorneys offer limited representation  services that can help you understand the court rules and procedure and help you get prepared.
